We provide marketplace growth services related to platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay — including research, listings, creative, advertising support, ranking systems, and reputation-related work. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement between you and us.

Quotes & audits

Free store audits and quotes are informational. An audit or proposal does not create a binding services contract until both parties agree in writing (including email confirmation of a proposal). Pricing is typically quote-based and may vary by catalog size, marketplace, and scope.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, catalog, and contact information needed to evaluate or deliver work.
• Ensure you have the rights to materials, brand assets, and seller accounts you ask us to work with.
• Comply with marketplace policies and applicable laws in your selling activities.

No guarantees of marketplace outcomes

Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our sole control — including competition, marketplace algorithm changes, inventory, pricing, and policy enforcement. We do not guarantee specific rankings, sales volumes, advertising ROAS, or review outcomes unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we create remain our property unless a proposal assigns specific deliverables to you. You retain ownership of your pre-existing brand assets and product data.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms availability, or submit abusive or fraudulent inquiries. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eSellersLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the three months before the claim, if any.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your marketplace listings, products, advertising claims, or materials you provide, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
